* Gua Sha: This ancient Chinese technique uses smooth stones to stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage (reducing puffiness), and helps break down fascia adhesions and muscular tightness.

 

* Cupping: Small, gentle silicone cups are used to lift and stimulate the skin, once again improving circulation, moving lymph, and releasing tight muscles and fascia.

 

* Lymphatic Massage: The gentle and targeted lymphatic techniques focus on relieving tension, fluid build up and promoting detoxification.

 

* Remedial Massage: Is combined to release tight muscles and fascia in your jaw, neck, temples, scalp, chest and shoulders.

 

 * Kobido Face Massage: This age-old Japanese massage technique combines vigorous and soothing movements to rejuvenate and sculpt the face.

 

* Intra-oral Massage: Is optional for clients with built up jaw tension/pain. Muscles are gently released on the inside of your mouth while your therapist wears gloves.

 

* LED light therapy: Is added for clients that require an extra boost with reducing inflammation. However it’s avoided for clients with headaches, migraines and epilepsy.
